How do I Log In?

Overview

Logging into DataXchange requires two sets of credentials: Account Credentials and User Credentials. Account Credentials are the same for everyone in your organization. User Credentials are individual to each user.

Note that logging into the ODI does not require Account Credentials. Instead you will need to enter the host name or IP Address of your DataXchange Server. Then you will be asked to enter your User Name and Password.

Where to find your User and Account Credentials

Your account credentials should be provided in your welcome email along with your user credentials. When you first download the client or go to Data Display at [your DataXchange server]/datadisplay, you will need to enter the Account Credentials first. These consist of the Account Number, a 6 digit value, and the Account Password. Once you enter and save the Account Credentials, you will be asked for your User Name and Password.

Help, I can't Log In!

If you are unable to login, you will get one of two error messages.
