Installing the DataXchange Application on Windows Server
The DataXchange Windows Application may have trouble downloading and installing on a Windows Server OS. This is because of a registry key that is different in Server OS compared to regular Windows. Change the following registry key if you are unable to download and install DataXchange on a Server OS.
1. Press Windows Key + R. Type regedit.exe and press enter.
2. In the registry editor, navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
3. Change the following Key to 0 if it is set to 1:
"DisableCachingOfSSLPages" = 0
